Cell Organelle Social Media Project: Golgi Apparatus


The most important cell structure in an animal cell is the Golgi Apparatus because it is responsible for processing the body's proteins and fats. Since the body's DNA is composed of proteins, without the Golgi, you would lose your DNA. Also, the outer layer of the cell wall is composed of fats, so without these fats, the cell would obtain an irregular shape.

    Actually the ROUGH ENDOPLASMIC RETICULUM processes the proteins and packing them while the golgi sends them around. WITHOUT THE ROUGH ER YOU WOULD BE OUT OF A JOB! #ATLEASTYOUTRIED

      ACTUALLY!!!! Without the ribosomes there would be no proteins whatsoever and that means the both of you would be out of a job!!!
